Bright gold is definitely in the bright colored book category. Avalon High by Meg Cabot is amazing! It has action and teen romance! I wish it had a following book to continue the story.

I read this one before I had started my book blog. I did review it on goodreads. I rated it 4 out of 5 stars because of some language.

Winter by Marissa Meyer is 827 pages! I haven’t read it yet! Life is busy with 4 young boys, a part-time job, and my author work! I hope to read it soon. I know it’ll be amazing.

There’s a little romance in the movie that I LOVE which wasn’t in the book. 😘 It’s #narnia so of course I like the book too.

The book I chose is mine, Aspen Everlasting! It’s currently ebook only. Holding the bookmarks are my 4 young boys between 3 and 9 years old. I don’t have a “hobby!” My boys are the loves of my life, and writing/reading is my passion. I’m surprised they sat still long enough for the picture. Sweet moment. I would’ve taken the picture outside, but they would have run wild.

Slayers by C.J. Hills (aka Janette Rallison) is set in the summertime! Janette’s books are always entertaining! If you love YA urban fantasy with some good laughs and crushes that make you smile, read Slayers.

I’m proud of myself for reading an entire book in 1 month! Hurray for May! My goal is 2 books in June. My 4 boys are getting older which means I’ll have more help keeping the house clean. That might be wishful summer thinking. 🌞
